It all started in 1944, when Armando Persiani and his wife Enrica Marsili, "Sora Richetta", opened their first restaurant in San Lorenzo, Roma.

In 1950 Ristorante Armando was founded, which year by year, it always kept its high quality and tradition, thanks to Carla e Patrizia, daughters of Enrica and Armando.
